Welcome to DrawingPile.com, my online portfolio of original art. Feel free to click on anything that looks spiffy in order to navigate through the site.
As far as this latest update, a few new things have been added. First of all, there is now a music section linked directly below the comics section. The music section currently has four original songs...feel free to check them out! The rhetorical question of the day is, "What does music have to do with drawing?" Well...I drew...the musical notes...you know what? Just don't ask that question.
In other news, two more original works have been added to the Digital Art section. These were both used in a semi-animated project I created for a class a while back. I also reorganized the place a little and clarified the copyright to 2006. Expect to see page one of the Earthwing comic (at long last!) soon...I have the pencils just about done. Also, I will be submitting works for the World of Warcraft Comic Contest, © 2006 Blizzard Entertainment, Inc, so keep an eye out for those in the comics section of this site.

Welcome to DrawingPile.com! Nothing really exciting to say in this update, other than "Yes, I am still updating this site weekly (more or less)," "Yes, I am still discussing the creation of a professional graphic novel with a friend," and "No, I have not made any new animations." I'm still on my drawing spree, one of the first products of which is that picture of Nidrus that is linked not far to the right of this text block. Also, for now I'm expanding this block to four updates, mostly because I don't feel like scrolling down and deleting the one at the bottom. I also want everyone to know that I AM checking my e-mail, so if you have anything to say please don't hesitate to contact me. Hope everyone had a happy Halloween! I know I did...

Well, I still haven't gotten my flipbook scanned, but it will show up here soon. In the meantime, I've put up a few more variations on the Mars photo. I'm considering grouping all the variations into some kind of folder in the Digital Art section, but for now they each have their own thumbnails. In other news, I'm starting to draw again (gasp!), so expect more additions to the Scans section soon. Ah, and as for the Comics section, while I must sadly say that I have not even begun on the next page of the Mind comics (not to mention Roomies), tomorrow I will be meeting with a friend and his friend to discuss the creation of a professional-looking graphic novel, something that would shine like gold in a would-be-animator's portfolio...
Anyway, with their permission, assuming we do in fact get pages of this graphic novel completed, I will be sure to put them on the site. That's all for now!

Cybergirl was originally intended to be a highly detailed pencil drawing, but when I decided to use it for an animated project, I penned what I had at the time, scanned it, and colored it. It may be improved upon in the future, but this will do for now.
